Not sure what report, that is missing, but works well for me at the end of year for Taxes. And the Mortgage loans appear on the Mobile app as well. [ I know the Mac Version is behind the Windows version., But I even put the property value according to Zillow on my Version, and see it on the Mobile app. I have a little less than a year of support then I will go with the newest version by subscribing.
